Secrete Romantic Gateways: Ixtapa Mexico

People are forever on the watch for those secret romantic gateways – those secreted, beautiful spots that haven’t yet been discovered by the masses.

Ixtapa was a sleepy fishing village right up until the 1970s, and while skill galleries, ceramics shops, and upscale restaurants have moved in, the town still retains its quaint magic, from its stone streets to authentic local building.

Activities in town range from superb sport fishing to sailing, beach combing, water sports of all kinds, and golfing.

There is only a handful of Hotel in ixtapa, none of them mainly large. But there are two small hotels with world-class service that make an amazing spot for a romantic getaway or honeymoon destination.

There are also some wonderful day trips available from Ixtapa mexico vacation packages, with its good-looking classic architecture, and to Acapulco, with its renowned beaches, hotels, and nightclubs.

Ixtapa is blessed with natural beauty, great shops, galleries, and restaurants, and an authentic, laid-back Mexican culture. If you are looking for that still-undiscovered tropical paradise, far from the tourist crowds, then Ixtapa, Mexico is the place for you.
